Tonia joined the construction industry shortly after having her daughter. When she entered the field, she wasn’t sure where her career would take her. She began her journey in the administrative office of a concrete company and gradually transitioned into the dispatch office, where she assisted with scheduling. Recently, Tonia earned a project management degree and made the move to H&K, where she joined the structures division. There, she is steadily learning and gaining the skills needed to become a project manager. Outside of work, Tonia spends much of her time running her daughter to cheer practice for her competitive cheer team.
