Growing up, Luke witnessed firsthand how the family business put food on the table. His grandfather founded the business in the late 1960s, repairing heavy construction equipment. Over the years, his father and uncles joined the company and ran it until it closed in the early 2000s. Luke admired the men in his life, watching them work tirelessly each day—turning wrenches, getting dirty, and busting their knuckles to provide for their families.

After four years in the Marine Corps, Luke stumbled into the construction industry in 2018 and quickly developed a passion for the impact the business has and the opportunities it creates. As the third generation of the Hill family to work in this field, he is committed to being a champion for the individuals who build our world and an advocate for the opportunities the industry provides to create meaningful lives.

Luke now has the unique privilege of leading the staffing efforts for Tellepsen, where he helps build the teams that construct the places where people learn, heal, play, and worship.
