Since EJ was a kid, he has been fascinated with earthmoving equipment. Early in his career, EJ worked at Caterpillar, Inc in Engineering. However, he enjoyed working with heavy equipment and wanted a more hands on experience, so he started E.J. Herron Excavating. He developed operating skills and learned about moving dirt and laying pipe. EJ later returned to Caterpillar and last worked there as a Global Marketing Consultant for technology. He is now a Regional Sales Manager for SITECH South, promoting Trimble technology. I love changing business cultures with technology and inspiring the next generation to consider this industry as a career path. Outside of work, EJ enjoys time with family, traveling, playing guitar at his church and creating heavy equipment content.
