Kristina is a self-described mom from the ‘burbs who just happens to be obsessed with all things construction. She is California born, Minnesota raised and always eager to check out new places…especially if it requires a hard hat.

Prior to starting her role as Marketing Director with Hatch Engineering, Kristina’s career took quite an interesting path. Starting in events and concert production out of college, then running a successful high-end jewelry boutique and eventually following her gut to enter the construction industry.

Over the past fifteen years, she has passionately pursued several facets of the construction sector from lobbying at the Capitol to marketing in residential, commercial, and civil to consulting small contractors across the country on smart growth. Kristina is personally and professionally driven to have a positive impact on the construction industry. Crew Collaborative allows her to question the status quo in construction and find innovative ways to grow the industry she loves.

Outside of work, Kristina loves to garden, bike, paint any surface she can, refinish funky furniture, drink expensive wine, work out listening to 90’s hip hop, and, most importantly, have awesome adventures with her kids. She is a big fan of never taking yourself too seriously and always finding the positive ENERGY.
