Kristina McMillan is a seasoned construction industry leader with nearly two decades of experience in business development, marketing, and workforce engagement. Known for her innovative approach to connecting industry professionals with the next generation of builders, she blends classroom teaching, on-the-job experience, and community outreach to inspire meaningful change. She also participates at Dunwoody Technical College, supporting curriculum development and workforce placement efforts that align with industry needs.

Outside of work, Kristina is a single mom to two amazing kids, recently engaged, and excited to become a bonus mom to three more. She’s a passionate gardener, abstract artist, an unapologetic fan of dark humor and strong coffee, and thrives on projects that challenge the status quo.
